The BraveArt Therapeutic Art Kit Program provides survivors of domestic abuse and individuals navigating trauma with creative tools for healing and connection.
Each kit is designed to remind the recipient that healing is possible, and creativity is powerful — one brushstroke, bead, or colour at a time.
Every kit is assembled with care, funded by BraveArt sales and sponsorships, and donated to domestic violence shelters and trauma-informed organizations across Canada.

BraveArt kits are:
This program exists to remove barriers to creative healing and meet survivors where they are — with compassion, dignity, and care.

Each BraveArt Kit is intentionally curated to support mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-expression through creativity.
Every kit includes:
- One mindful art activity (paint-by-number, diamond dot art, colouring, macramé, + more).
- All required crafting tools
- Affirmation stickers
- Mini-journal + pen
- Personal note of encouragement
- Printed introduction with a QR code for continued connection and resources.
Every detail, from colour palette to affirmations, is chosen to support grounding, creativity, and hope.

These kits are assembled and donated to domestic abuse shelters across Canada.
Trauma can silence, isolate, and disconnect.
Art reconnects. It restores agency, soothes the nervous system, and reminds survivors they’re not alone.
When you sponsor or buy through BraveArt, you’re funding more than supplies, you’re investing in healing, hope, and human connection.

We’re proud to have donated our first 16 Therapeutic Art Kits to the Empowerment for Hope Society in 2025!
